What is your process when servicing a project?
When we have a client interested in installing charging stations at their location, we like to begin with a complimentary site visit and meet them on site. Here we can get an initial idea of how many chargers they are interested in, where it makes the most sense to install the stations, what is their electrical capacity to feed these chargers, and other questions to help us design the project together.
Once we finalize your EV project site design with you, we then actively seek available funding or incentives that you may qualify for, in order to help keep costs down for our customers.
Ultimately the final step of the process would be the installation, where our highly trained team of installers arrives at your site. We leave your site just the way we found it, except with brand new EV charging stations!

What are the electrical specifications required to install EV Stations commercially?
In a perfect world, our client’s would have an empty electrical panel just waiting for EV Stations to be installed, however we all know that is many times not the case! Upon our initial site visit of your property, we will be able to assess whether the existing electrical supply is sufficient to handle the installation of EV charging stations. In the event that it is not deemed sufficient, we would take the next step of recommending an upgrade to the existing electrical service or the request to the local utility company for a new service. All of which is often covered under the available funding and incentives for EV charging stations at the moment!

How do you handle obstacles when installing?
When installing EV charging stations we try to be as minimally invasive as possible to our client’s location. However, sometimes our install requires running underground power through a paved parking lot or concrete surface. Our highly experienced installation team are experts in site work excavation and restoration, and can handle any type of obstacle during the installation process.

How do I find out what kind of funding is available for EV Chargers?
The available funding for EV charging stations is constantly changing as the funding programs are being utilized as well as new incentives and federal programs being released. Typically, you can give yourself an idea of what type of funding is available to you on your local utility website.
